What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each of our rentals comes with expert crew, protective gear, fuel, and simple refreshments. The exact offerings vary based on the type of rental — for instance, romantic evening sails come with premium snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, whereas business rentals provide meeting facilities and catering suited for professional gatherings.
When should I make a reservation?
It is best to book your charter 2–3 weeks ahead of time, and this becomes especially important during our busiest months (May–September). For business gatherings or private events, securing your spot 4–6 weeks in advance is advisable to ensure availability and for custom preparations.
What if the weather is unfavorable?
Safety is always our main concern. In the event of weather that our captain deems hazardous, we will suggest an alternative date for your booking or issue a full refund. Weather predictions are constantly monitored, and we will reach out to you if the forecast looks uncertain 24 hours prior to your departure.
May I bring my own food and refreshments?
Certainly, it's permitted for you to bring personal food and drink choices aboard. Nonetheless, we also present exceptional catering services that can be tailored to your tastes. Do note that for safety measures, we do not allow glass containers on the yacht.
Is your fleet equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities?
Our goal is to welcome all patrons onboard. Certain ships are more equipped for guests with special needs than others. We advise discussing your specific requirements during the booking process so we can guide you to the most appropriate yacht and prepare any necessary facilities.
What’s the policy for cancellations?
Cancellations carried out 72 hours before the set departure time are fully reimbursed. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours before departure will be refunded at 50%. Any cancellations occurring less than 24 hours ahead are non-refundable, unless due to unsafe weather conditions or any mechanical failures on our part.
